RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy or satisfied with the quality of your purchase, we will accept returns provided;.

Contact is made within  14 days of delivery and returned to us with 21 days of delivery.

Please keep your proof of postage receipt as refunds are processed once Returns are received at our Offices only

We do try to check everything before it leaves our premises, but occasionally faults do occur.  If so, then please let us know immediately.

We aim to prepare and post items in stock within 1 – 3 business days. If there will be a delay we will immediately email you and let you know the proposed delivery time.
